Madison Sherrill

Hi! I’m Madison Sherrill, and I’ve been involved in softball for as long as I can remember. Growing up in Southern California, I started playing at the age of 4, with a family that was always around the game. I played at Chino Hills High School, where our program was nationally ranked and won our league and division multiple times. During my travel ball career, my team placed top 3 at Colorado IDT and won PGF Platinum in 2019. I continued my career at UNC Charlotte from 2020-2023, originally committing as a catcher but later transitioning to the outfield as well. During my time at Charlotte, I was part of the program’s first-ever NCAA Regional appearance and win a conference championship. That experience gave me a well-rounded perspective on the game, both as a player and now as a coach. As a coach, my focus is on helping players develop strong fundamentals that will grow with them throughout their careers. I believe in a flexible, individualized approach—there’s never a “my way or the highway” mentality. Every player is different, and my goal is to provide the tools and adjustments each athlete needs to succeed.
